 Villa Firuze is a detached villa with its own private swimming pool situated just    above   Kalkan with  stunning views over Kalkan Harbour and the Mediterranean.  The villa  is very comfortably furnished throughout with spacious, light, airy rooms set on 3 floors.

The master bedroom occupies the whole of the top floor and has a large dressing area, 2 armchairs and an en-suite wet room. There are double sliding patio doors leading to a full width balacony with stunning sea  views. There are two further bedrooms one  with an en-suite bathroom, the other with an en-suite shower room. Patio doors lead from both to a shaded sea view balcony. All are accessed via a marble spiral staircase

The large open plan Lounge/Dining Room has comfy chairs and sofas, dining table and chairs and patio doors leading to the pool and sun terraces. There is a flat screen TV, DVD player and Playstation 2 with games. There is also a CD player with ipod dock.

The Kitchen is well equiped and  fully fitted with  built in electric oven &  gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine , large  fridge freezer & microwave/grill. Marble worktops

All rooms are fully air-conditioned.

Dedicated super fast  wi-fi internet access throughout.

Outside are two spacious Sun Terraces to the front and side.  The side terrace has a marble dining table for six & brick built Barbeque. The front terrace has easy chairs with a coffee table. There are six sunbeds around the pool.  There is also a small side garden.
